Option 2: Major Redevelopment Plan - Estimated Duration: 12 (+-) months - Estimated Seller/Developer Cost: $200,000 This option involves a complete redesign of the community to maximize Unit count and Revenue potential. 1. Includes all cost-reduction strategies from Option 1. 2. Submit a new permit request to replace the current 52 Single Family Units with 98 Townhomes. 3.
